Making a Return

- Condition of Product: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Return Process:

  2. Eco-friendly Packaging: We encourage you to use the original packaging for returns to reduce waste.
  3. Climate Neutral Shipping: For returns, we only use DHL GoGreen Climate Neutral Service to minimise our environmental impact.

Option 2 —

  1. Initiate Return: Go to your Account on this link, click on the Order you'd like to request the return of, and click "Request Return"
  2. Eco-friendly Packaging: We encourage you to use the original packaging for returns to reduce waste.
  3. Climate Neutral Shipping: We encourage you to use Climate Neutral Service to ship the items back to us.

Exchanges

At present, we do not offer an exchange service. Please return the items back to us and place a new order for the correct item online.
